Building and maturing an Information Security Program and Office aligned with the business needs is a challenging task; and even more difficult with shrinking or frozen budgets as a result of the global recession in recent years. However, as regulatory pressures increase, steps have to be taken to sufficiently protect the business from legal, financial and reputational damage. Governance and accountability is critical now more than ever. An information security organization that is not formal, disparate, and autonomous in its oversight is completely ineffective and can lead to severe gaps in meeting the business needs to mange risk to the organization.

Based upon our deep experience in various industries we also have capabilities in benchmarking against your peers which can produce significant insight in aligning your security strategy and directives strategically.

  • Security Management. We assist our clients with defining the people, process, technology an organization uses aligned with an ISMS to establish, implement, operate, monitor, maintain and improve a formal security program within the context of an organization's risk management program and business objectives.
